As twinkling lights begin to illuminate our streets and our local stores become filled with decorations, festive ornaments, gifts, and tasty treats, we are joyfully reminded that Christmas is just around the corner. And, of course, we are more than excited to assist and inspire you this festive season!
It’s time to start thinking about how we will decorate our homes, filling the fridge, and considering what gifts we will buy, wrap and present to our friends and family. Thankfully, you won’t have to look very far! We are pleased to tell you, that our local Santa Eulalia store is now fully stocked with wonderful boutique and artisan Christmas decorations. We also have a whole collection of contemporary toys from nativity sets and soft Santa’s, to wreaths, and plenty of fun advent calendars to get you started.
But, we all know that Christmas is never complete without a small sweet treat here and there, and we have everything ‘Chrismassy’ you need. In fact, we are exceeding all expectations this year, and have gone the extra mile to provide you with something a little extra special this Christmas season. In addition to our regular Christmas cakes, pastries and cookies, we have also decided to add a few traditional foods that will have you salivating at first sight.

Turrón de Almendras
Turrón de Almendras, otherwise known as Hard Almond Nougat is just one of our special Christmas surprises this year. And, what Christmas is complete without a delicious nougat? The surprising news is this typical Spanish sweet is no where to be found on the island, (that is freshly hand-made) other than our bakery.
Our delicious Almond Nougat is of the highest quality and is highly recommended as an after-dinner dessert or as a small sweet taster alongside a warm cup of coffee.
Cinnamon Egg White
Our Cinnamon Eggnog represents the traditional taste of Christmas. It’s creamy, sweet, and indulgent. This mix of eggs, milk, cream, and sugar is made even more comforting with the addition of cinnamon, a warming spice that is just right for chilly December evenings spent in front of the wood fire with a good movie.

German Stollen
German Christmas bread known as Dresden Stollen may also be referred to as Stollen, Strutzel, Striezel, Stutenbrot, or Christstollen. Known as Germany’s traditional Christmas cake, this tasty bread comprimises a collection of those aromatic and well-known Christmas ingredients such as nuts, raisins, currants, candied orange and lemon peel, as well as spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, mace and clove with brandy, and large amounts of butter.
Our homemade stollen requires lots of work in preparation and we are proudly one of the rare bakeries still to create this sweet-spice bread.
Alongside all those other traditional Christmas treats including Panettone (Italian Christmas sweet bread), Christmas cookies, ginger breads, and much more… there really is no need to be stuck for ideas or where to shop this year, as we are filled of foodie inspiration.
